Forms tailored to American Football (Gridiron) officiating crews, including referees, umpires and other crew positions as appointed
Customise feedback forms around your organisation’s coaching framework and the roles and experience levels of your officials. Observers can record ratings and coaching notes about down-and-distance, the line to gain, pre-snap fouls, pass interference, penalty enforcement and crew mechanics, using criteria suited to Gridiron. Crew size and position names vary by competition; forms can reflect the roles appointed in your league.
Specific game observations with coaching context
Reference particular situations during a game to explain the observation behind a coaching point. Notes about down-and-distance, the line to gain, pre-snap fouls, pass interference, penalty enforcement and crew mechanics give officials context to revisit with their coach, rather than relying on an overall rating alone.
Optional review before email delivery
Managers can review an observer’s feedback and add coaching guidance before it is delivered. Your officiating crews, including referees, umpires and other crew positions as appointed receive feedback by email in a consistent, mobile-friendly or desktop format, whether the observations were recorded at the field or afterwards.
Follow development across your Gridiron group
Keep observations together so coaches can revisit individual progress and recurring coaching themes. Stored feedback, observation statistics and group-wide trend analysis support development conversations and help managers plan future coaching sessions.
